Children in Austria Pray for Children in Israel During Sukkot
In the difficult times of war, the first touched by the conflict are the children. As a gesture of solidarity our friends from Europe invited children to pray for Peace. We thank them for this beautiful support.
Last Saturday (19.10), in a church in Austria, children gathered to pray for children in Israel. In small groups, they prayed and created beautiful artwork and used verses from the Psalms to send blessings across the distance. Though they don’t know each other yet, their prayers and creations were acts of connection, like the sheltering branches of the sukkah, reaching out in hope and solidarity. With each verse and brushstroke, they united in spirit, sending love and peace to those far away.
