The Pew Research Center published an interesting finding regarding where the followers of the major religions live.

- 81% of Jews live in two countries: the United States of America and Israel.
- 50% of Christians live in eleven countries: United States, Brazil, Mexico, Russia, the Philippines, Nigeria, China, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Germany, Ethiopia and Italy.
- 53% of Muslims live in six countries: Indonesia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria and Egypt.
- 94% of Hindus live in one country: India.
- 50% 0f Buddhists live in China.
