Celebrating Easter 2025 at Our Lady Woman of Valor

There was incredible joy in celebrating the Resurrection of Our Lord at Our Lady Woman of Valor Catholic Church in Tel Aviv, with around sixty children and many of their parents. It was a time filled with deep joy, a living reminder that life has conquered death, that Jesus is life, and that we are alive with Him.
Fr. Piotr was the celebrant, leading us in a beautiful and hope-filled Holy Mass.
Br. Karol created a stunning painting of the tomb, and it was a big surprise for the children to witness live how Jesus broke through to life.
Their wonder and awe at this moment were truly unforgettable.
The children’s choir again contributed wonderfully to the liturgy, filling the church with their voices full of faith and joy. Fathers from among the families also assisted during the Mass in a beautiful and meaningful way.
A very special moment was the warm welcome given to the mother of Br. Luca, who, with her husband, had traveled from Italy to be with us.
After Mass, excitement filled the air with a lively egg hunt. The whole place was vibrant with laughter, anticipation, and happiness.
A wonderful barbecue followed, an incredible feast where a small street next to the church was transformed into a joyful space: sharing a delicious meal, learning new dances, and being inspired by the beauty of classical music.
Meanwhile, the youth group gathered with Monika to reflect on the life-changing gift of Jesus in the everyday challenges they face. They also continued planning the beloved Journey of Hope to the parishes of the St. James Vicariate, a project that keeps inspiring and connecting hearts.
At the end of the day, one phrase kept echoing from everyone: "Please, let us do it again next year!”
It was a celebration of life, community, and hope, a glimpse of the Resurrection of Christ Jesus lived out among us.
