Desert Flower Meeting on Yom Kippur

After lunch on Friday, we walked on foot to Gethsemane, the holy place commemorating Jesus' prayer and suffering on the eve of his arrest, and there we prayed silently, under the guidance of Father Apollinary, who read to us excerpts from the Scriptures about forgiveness. In the evening, we ended the day with a silent prayer under the guidance of the seminarian Benny.

The following day, on the Sabbath of Yom Kippur, lessons were given to the young people by the counselors, Father Piotr, Benny and Daniel: Daniel taught us about forgiveness, Father Piotr spoke about the account of conscience and Benny spoke about Christian art.
