With the Jewish New Year just a few days away, Unitaf staff gathered on the roof top of the new day care center in south Tel Aviv in order to celebrate. The evening began with a number of speakers including the Unitaf general director, Ofira Ben Shlomo, the director of the new day care, Charlotte and other workers in the organization. The entire team from the Our Lady Woman of Valor day care center also attended, led by Sister Dinesha, the director and accompanied by Father David and Katrin, the social worker.

The last presentation before dinner was made by Ofira, the general director, and Keren, the social worker, who accompanies the family units in the day care center, and they thanked Father David for the three years of collaboration that have seen the establishment of the Church’s day care. Father David expressed gratitude in the name of the Church for the wonderful work of Unitaf in improving the lives of the most vulnerable residents of south Tel Aviv – the infant population.
