On Saturday, December 3, a group from the Hebrew speaking community in Tiberias went on pilgrimage to Nazareth to end the Year of Mercy. They gathered together despite the rain for a time of prayer and meditation. Father Giuseppe began by giving a motivational talk about the Year of Mercy and explained the meaning of passing through the door of mercy. The group was led through a penitential act with songs and a gospel reading before the prayer at the Door of Mercy. The occasion was also perfect for a visit to the Churches of the Annunciation and of Saint Joseph. The participants returned home renewed in spirit and motivated for living a joyful Advent of preparation for the Lord's birth.
