Indians march in the month of Mary

The Indian Catholics, migrant workers from all over Israel, numbering about 800, gathered at the Basilica of Annunciation at 9.30 am and began the recitation of the rosary. This was followed by mass in Konkani. The main celebrant was Fr. Vishal Monis from Mangalore, India and concelebrants were Fathers Jose Kumar and John Kennedy.

After the mass, there was a solemn Marian procession to Mary’s Well. It was a joyful and exuberant event as the people expressed their devotion to Mother Mary and sought her blessing.
